Three steps to a finished invoice

  1. Enter details
    Add your business, your customer and the items you are billing.
  2. Customize
    Pick a template, colors, currency and which columns to show.
  3. Download or print
    Save a PDF or send the invoice to your printer.

Help

  1. Create an invoice: open the Invoice maker, fill in the business, customer and invoice sections. The number is generated for you and can be edited.
  2. Add products and services: in Items, press Add item. Use the × button to remove a row. Discount and tax are percentages per line.
  3. Change currency and colors: choose the currency under Invoice details. Under Design, pick a theme preset or set your own primary and accent colors.
  4. Download a PDF: press Download PDF. The file is named from the invoice number and customer.
  5. Print on A4: press Print A4. In the print dialog, keep paper size A4 and turn off the browser’s own headers and footers for the cleanest result.
  6. Save and restore drafts: Save draft stores the invoice in this browser. Open Drafts to reopen, duplicate, delete, export or import JSON.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Creating, saving, downloading and printing invoices needs no account or subscription.

Where is my data stored?

Only in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server. If you clear browser data your saved drafts will be lost, so export a JSON backup of anything important.

Will Khohara Soft details appear on my invoice?

No. The invoice, PDF and printout contain only what you enter yourself.

Can I print multi-page invoices?

Yes. Long item lists continue onto further pages with the table header repeated.
